Q: My bank account has been debited, but my transfer on PandaMoney shows as initiated or processing. What is going on?

When you send a bank transfer to PandaMoney, two separate systems are involved: your bank and PandaMoney’s platform.

Your bank deducts the funds from your account as soon as the payment is initiated. However, the money still needs to pass through the banking network before it reaches PandaMoney.

During this time, the amount may appear debited in your bank statement, while on PandaMoney it shows as initiated or processing —simply because we haven’t received the funds yet.

This is a normal part of the transfer process, and the status will update once the funds are successfully received.
