Q: My account is debited and my PandaMoney transfer is not confirmed. What exact steps should I take?

Step 1 Wait for the expected window to pass

Refer to the table in Section 1 and allow the standard delivery window to pass before taking action. Most transfers resolve automatically without any intervention.

Step 2 Check your bank app or statement

Verify that the payment status in your bank app shows as 'sent', 'completed', or 'dispatched'. If it shows 'processing', 'pending', or 'under review', the funds have not yet left your bank.

Step 3 If more than 4 hours have passed, contact your bank

If the delay exceeds 4 hours and the status is still unclear, call or message your bank. Ask the specific questions listed in Section 3. Note down any payment reference or UETR they provide.

Step 4 Contact PandaMoney Support

If your bank confirms the payment has been released but PandaMoney still has not updated your transfer, reach out to PandaMoney support via the app or at the contact details below. Please provide:

  • Your PandaMoney account email address or phone number.

  • The transfer reference number shown in the PandaMoney app.

  • The date and time the payment was initiated.

  • The amount and currency sent.

  • The payment reference or UETR from your bank.

  • Confirmation of the payment method used (SEPA Instant, SEPA Credit Transfer, or Faster Payments).
