Your weekly limit is calculated on a rolling 7-day window, not a fixed calendar week.
The 7-day window starts from the time of your first transaction
It keeps moving as time progresses
3. When does my weekly limit reset?
Your weekly limit resets exactly 7 days after your first transaction.
Example:
If you made your first transfer on April 4 at 12:28 PM UTC, your limit resets on April 11 at 12:28 PM UTC.
4. How does the daily limit work?
Your daily limit works on a rolling 24-hour basis.
It resets 24 hours after each transaction
Not at midnight
5. Can I split my transfers across multiple days?
Yes. You can transfer in parts across days.
Example:
Send $4999 today
Send another amount tomorrow
Continue until you reach your weekly limit
6. Can I transfer on weekends and again on Monday as a new week?
No. Since limits are based on a rolling 7-day window, weekends do not reset your limit.
